Today, after fighting with my wireless mighty mouse since I got it, I finally through it out the window, and went back to my wired mighty mouse. The problem I have had is that it is extremely jittery. So when I am trying to work in Photoshop, the cursor is jumping all over the place as I move the mouse around, instead of moving exactly where I want it to go. It made no difference what surface I used, so presumably this issue is either with the optics themselves or with interference with the signal. Of course, the tiny scroll wheel had to be continually cleaned to work properly for me, which is not really acceptable.

Other issues are the buttons suddenly ceasing to work until I turn the mouse off and back on.

A mouse and a keyboard are two items that, in my opinion, must be of the higheste quality. Unfortunately I find Apple falls way short of putting out quality keyboard and mice. The last really good keyboard I used was an original IBM keyboard back in the 80′s. MacAlly has had the second best keyboard I have ever used with the iKey, about 5 years ago.
